Oregon Medical Marijuana Program Rules Advisory Committee meets via Zoom Sept. 17
Meeting will be held Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
The Oregon Medical Marijuana Program (OMMP) will be holding a rules advisory committee (RAC) meeting to review changes in Division 8 related to patients, caregivers, growers, dispensaries and processing sites. This rulemaking will focus on implementing SB 907 passed in the 2025 legislative session, adding rules around recalls and other housekeeping items.

One of the topics is the Oregon Health Authority has issued a Notice of Intent to Deny the petition to add Female Orgasmic Disorder (FOD) as a new qualifying condition for the medical use of marijuana in Oregon.
