Oregon Hemp Grower License Application Deadline
Grower licensing requirements
Growers wanting to grow hemp in Oregon must adhere to specific timelines. Licenses are valid for a one-year term, beginning on January 1 of each calendar year. For those applying, a complete application along with the relevant fees must be submitted to the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) no later than May 31 of the calendar year.
However, applicants do have the option to submit their applications late, albeit with additional requirements. Late submissions, received by the ODA no later than July 31, are subject to a $250 late fee for each grow site application.
