New Hemp Rules Proposed by Oregon Department of Agriculture

Oregon Department of Agriculture, (ODA) has proposed hemp rules available for public comment.  The department proposes to adopt these rules to clarify existing hemp program rules, add a hemp vendor license, and create additional flexibility for those who miss the grower license application deadline.

How to submit comments

Comments can be submitted during the virtual hearing on April 24, 2024 from 9:00-10:00 am at the location below.  You can also submit comments in writing by 5 pm on May 10, 2024.
