Paul Loney has practiced law for over 24 years. In 2009, Mr. Loney developed the legal blueprint for Oregon’s first private cannabis club, “Highway 420,” and the first National high-profile cannabis café, “Oregon NORML’s Cannabis Café.” Mr. Loney’s practice focuses on a variety of legal issues associated with cannabis, specifically in the areas of business law and regulatory compliance.
Kristie Cromwell received her Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark College Law School in 2013 and her undergraduate degree in International Business from University of Maryland College Park in 2008. Mrs. Cromwell represents clients in both business and administrative law concerns, with a focus on Oregon medical and recreational cannabis license application and business compliance.
Job Hall received his Juris Doctor from Northwestern School of Law in 1986 and his MBA from Marylhurst University in 2004. He has experience in real estate transactions, land use, corporations and intellectual property issues.
Trevor J. Cartales received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2012 and his undergraduate degree in Philosophy from the University of Oregon in 2008. Trevor has experience in regulatory compliance, civil litigation, estate planning, and business transactional matters. He also represents clients in recreational and medical marijuana licensing assistance.
Rowshan Reordan received her M.A. and Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico in 2005. She was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2006. She assists in criminal defense and business transaction issues.
